The Presidency of the Council of Ministers established by decree a committee of experts on fiscal and economic matters. The committee, headed by the Undersecretary to the Prime Minister Mr. Tommaso Nannicini, includes among its members many business lawyers, and in particular tax experts. Among these, we can mention Marco Cerrato partner of Maisto Legal Office, Vania Petrella partner of Cleary Gottlieb, Paola Camagni name partner of Camagni e Associati specialized in tax and recently appointed statutory auditor of ENI and Andrea Tavecchio, expert in wealth management.
Other tax experts involved are Francesco Delli Falconi, Pierpalo Maspes and Alberto Trabucchi, partner of Scgt. Carlo Altomonte (Economy and European integration), Chiara Fumagalli (Industrial Economy), Marcello Esposito (former Pioneer), all from Bocconi University, Luigi Guiso and Chiara Rapallini from University of Florence , Pietro Rechlin, teacher at Luiss, Giacomo Lunghini from University of Brescia, and Emma Galli,from Sapienza University, round out the list of committee members.
