She graduated in Economics, with specialization in Chartered Accountancy, at Bocconi University Milan in 1994; she obtained a post-graduation Master in International Tax Law in 1995. She was admitted to the Association of Chartered Accountants in 1996.
In 2016 she was appointed as member of the “Committee of Experts on Tax and Economic Policy” by the Presidency of the Italian Counsel of Ministers (DPCM May 5, 2016).
With over 30 years of experience as tax advisor, of which the first 20 in the “ Big- Four” firms, where she was the Partner responsible for the “real estate tax practice”, she has acquired specific expertise in M&A and gained extensive experience in real estate transactions.
She is specialized in International and domestic tax issues and advises multinational companies, Italian family businesses, real estate funds, top law firms, and private equity and venture capital funds.
She has gained a significant experience as Non-Executive Director and Statutory Auditor at major Italian listed companies (among which ENI S.p.A. from 2014 to 2020). She is currently Non-Executive Director at Telecom Italia (TIM) S.p.A. and FSI Sgr S.p.A., member of the statutory auditors' boards at CNP UniCredit Vita S.p.A. and ENI Group companies.
